So not sure where to begin I'm picking something and posting about it because I was told I am not allowed to get too far behind again :D (Hi Aunt Mar!)
So Hayden had his spring tournament on Mother's Day weekend. Some how he insanely got signed up for 3 events but surprise surprise he WON two FIRST places and one THIRD!! WOOT WOOT!
You can see he competing in sparring which he won his third place in. In the picture he's the one on the Right.
He competed in self-defence and won first. I wish you could of heard him yell. It startled the whole crowd and the judges :)
And then he competed in his Kata: Genesis. He's very good at that. Another first place here too. I think the other kids were getting annoyed that he kept winning but he really worked so hard this season. He would attend 3 times a week most weeks. He really put in the time and effort.
Also you can see Pa and Jax were really paying attention...
We were so proud of him and I think he was finally proud of himself too. In one picture we got you can see the surprised look on his face.

Now, a serious question. What do you do with all the trophies? The boys started collecting chess trophies and it's getting out of hand.

We've had to move his 15 trophies off a shelf and onto his dresser. Not sure that to do when more come :)
Make a cabinet just for their prizes or make them each a shelf in their room? Good for you David and Erik!!!
